    We don’t sell personal data.

International transfers

Where providers are outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs).

Retention

  • Booking & invoice records: up to 6 years (tax/legal).
  • Support emails: up to 24 months.
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or consent is withdrawn.
  • Analytics data: 14–26 months (per tool settings).
    We delete or anonymize when no longer needed.

Your rights

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect children’s data.
