These Terms govern your use of peruniko.com and bookings with Peruniko. By using the site or booking a tour, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide guided tours and custom itineraries as described on our site or in your confirmation.

2. Booking & payment

  • A booking is confirmed when you receive our written confirmation.
  • Prices are shown in euros and may change until confirmed.
  • We may require a deposit or full prepayment via our payment provider (you’ll see exact terms at checkout).

3. Cancellations & changes

  • Your cancellation:
    • ≥7 days before: full refund minus processing fees.
    • 3–6 days: 50% refund.
    • <72 hours or no-show: no refund.
  • Our cancellation: full refund or free rebooking if we must cancel (e.g., severe weather, safety).

4. Participant responsibilities

  • Arrive on time at the designated meeting point.
  • Follow guide instructions for safety and respect local regulations.
  • Inform us in advance of medical conditions, mobility needs, or dietary restrictions.

5. Health, safety & force majeure

We may modify or shorten routes due to weather, road closures, strikes, or events beyond our control. In such cases we’ll act reasonably to provide alternatives.

6. Age & guardians

Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Photos & reviews

With your permission, we may take photos during tours for promotional purposes. You can opt out by telling the guide or emailing admin@peruniko.com. Reviews you submit may be shown on our site.

8. Third-party services

Some parts of your experience may involve third parties (transport, attractions, restaurants). We are not responsible for their acts/omissions but will try to assist if issues arise.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking causing the claim. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.

10. Intellectual property

All text, images, and branding on peruniko.com are owned by Peruniko or licensors. You may not copy or reuse without permission.

11. Prohibited uses

Don’t misuse our site (e.g., scraping, malware, unlawful activity).

12. Personal data

We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bitola, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
